Draft Planning Agreement - 128 North Macquarie Road, Calderwood

Consultation has concluded

At its meeting on 6 May 2019, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Planning Agreement - 128 North Macquarie Road, Calderwood for a minimum of 28 days.

The Planning Agreement is in association with Shellharbour City Council DA577/2017 which seeks approval for the subdivision of the land into 227 residential lots and associated works within the Calderwood Urban Development Project (Major Project MP09_0082).

Benaughton Calderwood Pty Ltd has requested that Wollongong City Council enter into a Planning Agreement under which the developer will make a monetary contribution toward road upgrades in the Wollongong local government area.

The Draft Agreement is on exhibition between Wednesday 15 May and Friday 14 June 2019.

The draft agreement and accompanying documents can be viewed in the documents library on this page, or at:

  • Council’s Customer Service Centre, ground floor, 41 Burelli Street, Wollongong, between 9am and 5pm weekdays.
