On Exhibition Draft Planning Agreement - Bunnings Kembla Grange

At its meeting on 30 January 2018, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Bunnings Kembla Grange Planning Agreement for a minimum of 28 days.

The Planning Agreement is in association with DA-2016/358 which seeks approval for the construction and use of a hardware and building supplies development on the corner of Northcliffe Drive and the Princes Highway, Kembla Grange.

Bunnings Properties Pty Ltd has requested that Council enter into a Planning Agreement for the shared cost of constructing a roundabout on Northcliffe Drive, Kembla Grange, between Phar Lap Avenue and the Princes Highway. The roundabout will provide access to the development and facilitate the future extension of Northcliffe Drive as identified in the West Dapto Access Strategy.

The Draft Agreement is on exhibition between Wednesday 7 February and Friday 9 March 2018.

The draft agreement and accompanying documents can be viewed in the Document Library and:

• Wollongong, Dapto, Unanderra and Warrawong branch libraries during business hours;

• Council’s Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor Administration Building, 41 Burelli Street Wollongong, between 9am and 5pm weekdays;
