Draft Neighbourhood Plan - Wollongong Development Control Plan 2009

Consultation has concluded

Council is seeking feedback on a draft Neighbourhood Plan for part of the Huntley Avondale Road South precinct. The draft Neighbourhood Plan applies to part of Lot 1 and 2 DP 229358, and part of Lot 14 DP 308, on land to the south of Avondale Road, Huntley

The endorsed review of these chapters is on public exhibition from 7 April to 7 May 2018. Copies of the Council report and reviewed chapters can be viewed at:

  • Dapto, and Wollongong Libraries during library opening hours
  • Council's Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor Administration Building, 41 Burelli Street Wollongong, on weekdays between 9am and 5pm
  • In the Document Libray on this page
